Dear Sirs,
Perhaps you can warn your readers/members that the above restaurant situated in the new industrial area of Netanya is very poor both in food quality and customer relationships.
On Friday 14/2/2014 at 1930 hours I visited this place with my wife & daughter.
Our order was taken by a waitress who when bringing the 1st course to our table didn't know which person had ordered which dish.
She gave the wrong dishes to the wrong person and the three of us had to interchange to our correct order.
For my main course I ordered Lasagne and when it arrived it was completely overcooked with the sauce being like dried blood.
I returned the dish and re-ordered a Mushroom Pizza and I swear that there was not even two whole mushrooms on the pizza.
For dessert I ordered hot chocolate cake. My wife's dessert & my daughter's dessert arrived after 10 minutes and at the same time ( No complaints) but my dessert came 15 minutes after their's and only after the waitress suddenly realised that I had not received my dessert.
The cake was luke-warm at it's hottest and the fact that I didn't complain was due to my wife telling me to keep calm and also that I was embarrassed to complain a second time.
The final irony came with the bill in which I was charged for this lasagne which was returned and also for the pizza which was a replacement.
I went to the manager who was at the cash desk and pointed this out to him.He didn't even offer an apology just said he would correct the bill.
I realise that every one can have an ''off day'' and although slightly angry with the lousy service and lousy food- what made my blood boil was that the manager did not have the decency/guts (in English we say "Balls") to come to me and offer his apologies. He was more interested in making sure he did not miss out on getting paid.
I know it is customary,in the restaurant trade, to offer a dessert as compensation for bad service/food - I wasn't looking for this - but the manager is a coward in not coming to me to sort things out.
Please advise your customers that Spaghettim restaurant in Netanyais not of a good standard gand they should seriously think twice before eating there. Avoid this place at all costs.
